Drinks were served in disposable cups instead of reusable ones, even though we ordered reusable ones. When we asked for a refund of the deposit, they only offered us €1 per cup instead of €2. We only received the full refund as a goodwill gesture, as if it were our fault. There were no ice cubes, even though we ordered without ice, and no ketchup. The food was lukewarm, and the fries were ancient and dry. The lattice fries were half fries, also ancient and dry. There was no ketchup either. On top of that, the restaurant was very cold; we had to keep our jackets on. The staff was extremely unfriendly and incompetent. All in all, we have never had such a bad meal at Burger King.
One of the worst Burger Kings around! They can't even handle extra orders that are no problem at the one in Ransbach (3km away). They deliberately shut down the cash registers right on time while you're ordering, even though they saw you, and then tell you there's nothing they can do, as if you're stupid. Customer service is nonexistent there. If you're open until noon, you have to expect orders to come in 5 minutes before closing. Absolutely not recommended! If you have the option of visiting another Burger King, or better yet, another fast-food chain, you should consider it.
It 's absolutely insane what 's going on in this place. The server can barely tell the difference between upstairs and downstairs. Sauces were only given out after we asked, and even then, the response was a very curt If that 's what you mean. He claimed only one sauce was showing up on his order, even though both the receipt from the vending machine and the receipt from the takeaway desk listed all the sauces. Unfortunately, I have to give the service one star, and even that 's too generous! On top of that, one of the burgers my companion ordered was also wrong!

Very friendly and efficient staff. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared quickly. All the tables were clean. Would gladly come again.
