The cashier sought assistance from the Store Manager, who began shouting at her and claimed that only one coupon could be used per day. The Manager then proceeded to loudly inform me that I had lost the Free Whopper. She displayed arrogance and disrespect towards me, embarrassing me in front of other customers. When I requested her to lower her voice, she rudely suggested I leave the store.
Despite feeling humiliated, I ended up ordering two Whopper Jrs. and separately purchased the French Fries for $1.49. Unfortunately, I was left with only 205 Reward Points and did not receive the Free Whopper as originally intended.

Only stopped in here to get a small fries for a snack and didn't dine in and experience the whole restauraunt. So as anyone that's followed my profile will know, I like to test the soda and see if it's carbonated correctly. But for this location I didn't try the soda.I will say though the front looks like it's showing its age and can use some updating. Reason for this review isn't for the food it's for the sad sad sad sad comments about the customer service. This BK was my first job WAY BACK in 1974. We had an all star crew , orders were done quick and lines out the doors on Friday and Saturdays dinner time. We all took pride in the job and although because we're human we had bad days and got in trouble too for maybe being late or getting upset we are on broiler again and not push out. (bk terms). I only used the Drive-thru, but I felt like I was being rushed to place my order and quickly move on. I was constantly asked if there was anything else, without being given enough time to review the menu board. This was the worst Burger King experience I've ever had, and I do not plan on returning.

Burger King is charging high prices for subpar food lately. Their onion rings are never crispy and always soggy, the meat is grey. This chain is so big that it feels like it cannot fail, but all fast food should be better than this.
The restaurant consistently fails to include all items in your order, and you shouldn't count on receiving a refund or a replacement.
I recently tried a burger at this restaurant that was really dry, but the onion rings were amazing.
I did not receive my fries, but that's okay! Everything else was great and service was very fast.
