Every time I order a burger, it is always wrong. I clearly give instructions at the drive-thru window when I pay $8 for a burger, it should be made correctly, as that is the basic expectation at any food establishment. It is very frustrating to have to waste time parking my car to check the order because it is always messed up. There have been times when I had to drive all the way back from my house to check the bag and, of course, the order was still incorrect. I did not receive any extra change for the mistakes. The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The food was cold and they got our orders wrong. They didn't make any effort to heat up our food or fix any mistakes. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, even in the drive-thru. I even caught their employees being disrespectful on video, but decided not to make a big deal out of it. Overall, I would recommend staying away from this place.

It's BK, so you know what to expect on the menu. I had their impossibe whopper and it is good and very darn close to the original.Service was fast, efficient and curteous. Wifi is not exceptional, but it is workable. All around, nothing to complain about at all. Location is convenient if you get hungry while shopping at nearby shopping center on Godwin Ave.

I only used the Drive-thru, but I felt like I was being rushed to place my order and quickly move on. I was constantly asked if there was anything else, without being given enough time to review the menu board. This was the worst Burger King experience I've ever had, and I do not plan on returning.

Burger King is charging high prices for subpar food lately. Their onion rings are never crispy and always soggy, the meat is grey. This chain is so big that it feels like it cannot fail, but all fast food should be better than this.

This is a super regular fast food place, completely acceptable, a little unspectacular. UNLESS Dominic is working. That dude has never gotten my order wrong one time and if you regularly order fast food you know that's a big deal.

I did not receive my fries, but that's okay! Everything else was great and service was very fast.
