I’ve been a resident of the area since before this Burger King opened a few years ago, and I’ve only visited three times since then. Unfortunately, each visit has been accompanied by some kind of issue—missing items, errors with my order, and so on. I find it hard to comprehend how this keeps happening, especially since I was the only customer in the drive-thru and the lobby was closed while your shift lead or manager was handing out food. This really highlights some management problems. Given the strong competition in the area from places like Freddy's, Chick-fil-A, and McDonald's, it’s surprising that you’re struggling with the basics. I won’t be coming back to this location.
I requested extra mayo and extra tomato, but I received very little of each. I overheard the cashier at the window asking the cooks if they had both items, and they confirmed, so I didn’t check until I was already out of the area. The chicken was extremely dry and overcooked. The service was very slow, and the lines were getting backed up. I have tried to come here for breakfast before work multiple times, but each time I found that nobody was working (the hours posted were correct, so I assume people just didn’t show up). This place is poorly managed, with bad service and low food quality. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and definitely won't be returning.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered two Whoppers, taking advantage of a sale, along with two orders of onion rings. When I reached the window, they handed me a bag of food. We waited until they opened the window again and mentioned that we hadn’t paid yet. The employee then provided the correct total, and we paid him. He returned with our change and another bag. Once we got home, we discovered that the first bag contained our Whoppers and onion rings, while the second bag must have belonged to the people behind us in line. I felt bad about the mix-up, but we were already at home. Overall, it was very disorganized.
I visited the Burger King drive-thru at 8:06 PM and was disappointed with my experience. The staff at the window and those preparing the food were not wearing masks or uniforms. I requested no tomatoes on my burger, but they just added mayonnaise instead, showing no effort to accommodate my request. It’s worrying that the staff are ignoring basic health guidelines, putting customers at risk. As someone in the food industry who wears a mask 10 to 12 hours a day, I find this negligence toward COVID protocols unacceptable. I plan to report this to the health department and would recommend others avoid this Burger King.

We waited for 30 minutes with three cars in front of us, and this isn't the first time we've experienced this issue. The management of this restaurant is lacking. I don't fault the employees; the blame lies with those in charge. Every customer I've spoken to at this location has expressed disappointment. It's only a matter of time before it closes down. Having two drive-thru lanes feels pointless in this case. On top of that, our order was completely incorrect. I strongly advise avoiding this Burger King – they make you wait and can't get your order right.
I can't recommend this location. I've had several issues here. Today, when I tried to order food, their system was down, and they told me to come back in 20 minutes. Whenever I've attempted to use company-wide coupons, they claim their system can't process them, but I never have that problem at other locations. Additionally, the staff isn't very friendly.
I ordered takeout from Burger King around 2:00 PM when there wasn't much of a crowd. After getting my burgers, I found them to be oddly bland and lacking that signature grilled flavor. Additionally, they didn’t even taste like real meat. If this is the new standard, I probably won't return to Burger King again. It's disappointing.
The restaurant states that it is open until 10 PM, but the drive-thru was closed. Although the menu boards were lit up with choices and a few employee cars were in the parking lot, it seemed that no staff were present. If you're planning to visit, don't count on it being open; it might actually be out of business.
