I visited this restaurant for the second time, hoping to recreate the wonderful experience I had during my first visit. Unfortunately, my second experience raised some concerns. I arrived around 9 AM and noticed that the woman taking my order was dressed as if she were in her pajamas. I was the only one in line at the time, yet she forgot my order. Instead of speaking with me, she loudly discussed my order with a coworker, referring to me as "her!" This made her seem quite unapproachable, and I found it difficult to interrupt their conversation to remind her about my order. After about three minutes, she finally returned to ask me what I had ordered. By then, two other customers had already...

I absolutely love this Caribou! It's my go-to spot, and the staff are consistently friendly and efficient. Like all Caribou locations, the team here is full of personality. The place is always clean and welcoming, and my drinks—whether hot or cold—are always perfect. The food is also delicious. Although there’s no drive-through and parking can sometimes be tricky, it’s definitely worth the visit.
This place is always clean when I visit, and the service is usually quite fast. I enjoy Caribou, but if you haven't been there before, make sure to request VERY light ice (there's a notable difference between light ice and very light ice). I forgot to specify today when I ordered a cold brew, and this was the amount of ice that was left.
