This particular Burger King restaurant definitely holds to the higher standards in food service in the area!! This is one of the premier locations with an updated interior and exterior. Not once recently but twice I frequented this location with friends and we were both extremely impressed at the quality of the food, the temperature everything was cooked to, and their friendly demeanor. Extra crisp and hot French fries, extra sauce packets knowing there are two people in the order, and napkins coming through a drive thru. On 11/13/21, I had a sudden hunger for Burger King and decided to stop by with a friend on my way home from Whitehall. I ordered a Whopper Jr and a regular burger, both of which tasted great. Despite being the only customers in the restaurant, the service was fast and the food was served hot. The only downside was the sticky floors, which made walking a bit unpleasant. Despite this, I was so hungry that I still ate there. If I find myself in the area again, I would probably opt for the drive-thru instead. Surprisingly, the bathrooms were clean and smelled of bleach, which was a nice surprise given the state of the restaurant floor. Overall, an odd but satisfactory experience.
You no longer Get it Your Way without an extra charge at this Burger King in Orefield, Pa! Yesterday I was charges an extra .20 for onions on two regular burgers. Next thing they will charge for is salt, pepper and ketchup. The senior citizens in front of me also noticed being charged for onions. I realize prices for hamburger additional increases for staff etc. have gone up but don 't nickel and dime people for things that should be included with the price of a burger.
My 90 year old disabled grandpa can work faster then these guys can. Out of all the burger kings in the area this one shits the cake. Food tastes like **** and there coke had rotten waste in it, probably from not cleaning the soda machines. Y'all are terrible wish these guys would shut down. Manager thinks it 's ok to scream at their employees. If you stick up for the employees you get a ban, guess the customer isn 't always right when you confront an egotistical coward. Food orders always wrong when the manager steps in to help out. I know toddlers that would show more respect and promote a better work ethic.
Would not recommend the ice coffee. Way too sweet and syrupy. The piece of chicken was smaller than the bun. Looked nothing like the picture. But the food was served hot. We went through the drive-through and the order was correct. Friendly and fast service. In addition the cashier was COVID-19 compliant. Wearing a mask.
This restaurant deserves only one star because they consistently serve cold burgers. Is it too much to ask for a warm burger? The chocolate chip cookies were probably the worst I have ever had, they tasted terrible. How is that even possible? I regret ordering two of them, as one would have been too much.
