This situation is met or missing in terms of service and food quality. They used to be on the ball with regard to both, but recently I was disappointed. I have seen other reviews and after visiting the last night I concur with many that have been released lately. The line was wrapped around the building, it quickly moved on the basis of the number of cars. But after my order I realized that some corners were cut to speed up waiting. I ordered a comb meal, and only 10 minutes drive home to find out that the frits were missing from my bag. The iced tea was still warm and the burger was cold. Tonight the kid at the window was so lathargic I thought he was attempting to grow moss on him as clothing. It was like he was bothered with even having to move. The food we ordered was cold. The onior rings I am wondering if they cooked them and threw them back in the freezer. The Wopper and double cheeseburger we ordered also cold, like the weather, maybe they stored it outside? They should've stored the cheeseburger and onion rings in the place they kept the sweet tea because it was HOT, like they failed to add ice.
Early this week I got a Whopper with cheese small combo and noticed that the taste of the pickles seemed way off from normal. Has Burger King switched pickle companies and if so I would suggest switching back. Thinking it was maybe my taste buds I had my wife try it and she said the same thing. Aunt Bee's kerosene pickles was the first thing to come to mind when I took that first bite.
I don't believe it's possible to get worse service or screw food up worse than what this visit was. The fact that this place needs New Management more help and professional guidance is definitely an understatement. I'm adding you to the prayer list.

A chicken sandwich ordered. Asked for extra salad and mayonnaise. I received a cold, barely salad, no mayonnaise as well as over boiled/fried and dry. Only one item was ordered, and it wasn't even close to being good.
The kid that was working the drive thru made it obvious we were a bother by coming to get food and was very short and rude with us. The burgers (the steakhouse) were also made nothing like how it's pictured.
burgers were cold. one of our burgers was pink. burger, where flat and smashed as pictures previously checked. sweet tee was hot as indicated below. do not go back or beat. very recommend they go elsewhere.
If you go to Burger King, always order normal meat! Don't get the impossible whore, it doesn't taste like real meal and definitely doesn't feel like it.

Friendly staff. Always very helpful and always willing to correct a mistake if needed. Food is always hot and fresh.
