This might be even worse than the McDonald's on Airway. I really don’t have anything positive to say about my experience. I spent most of my lunch break waiting in line, even though there were only three people in front of me, just to have my questions about the menu go unanswered. Eventually, the manager or someone stepped in and finally answered my question after I asked it five times, but then they handed me back to the person I was dealing with. While I was trying to place an order for the other three people, they told me my total, which was actually one of the better experiences I've had there.
I ordered online and arrived to pick up my food, only to find the restaurant closing. There were only two customers inside, and the woman at the counter told me she didn’t care that I had placed and paid for an online order. She refused to make my order and suggested I go elsewhere. Her attitude was extremely rude! Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. They’ve either lost my order, been rude, or closed unexpectedly on several occasions. It’s just been a terrible experience!
I'm a Doordash driver and refuse to take orders for this store because they never start the order until you say that you are there to pick it up. They had nearly 10 minutes to have it ready while I drove to the store this last time. And then they still don't prioritize your order over drive thru. Even McDonald's and Taco Bell have orders ready on time and they're generally busier
Ordered here today, I was in the drive thru and the women was very nice but when asked if i could have a shake she responded “we don’t have shakes because no one set it up today”. This on top of not have a few other items I asked about. Maybe go to another Burger King if you are needing something quick.

lazy employees work mülldienst. they would think that they would close an hour early if they had the feeling of giving them enough time to grab their rude staff. the owner/manager could not take care of losing profit from the frycooks closing business whenever in the night.
Absolutely disgusting.The workers don’t wash their hands, don’t wear gloves.They handle the food without any safety protocols.They touch their nasty faces and then the food.And they took forever taking our order. Never getting food from this Burger King ever again.
They are sooo slow for absolutely no reason. They also claim that their servers are down when there was a girl wearing a drivethru headset just outside talking to her friends. They need to hire some people that actually wanna work to speed up their drive thru time.
I've visited this location three times, and they have yet to get my order correct. During my most recent visit, the drive-thru staff seemed more focused on the woman in the car behind me than on my order.

Second time they’ve closed the lobby early. There’s no fire put up there is nothing on the door to signify that they’re closed inside. The lobby supposed to close at 10 and they are locking up at 7 ???
the manager does not give under control that the staff screams and then is calculated for a Xtra syrup, if other burger kings do not calculate and the personal rudeparking is: much available
