Burger King - Reservar una mesa

Service was ok, plant based burger tasted flame grilled and was acceptable not fantastic-well done. Chilli bites were nice. No hot drinks working today, appears they never heard of a kettle? Once I'd figured out the cold drinks machine that was fine. Seemed under staffed. Very dirty looking floor and surfaces. Rubbish left all over tables, uncleared in the 45 minutes I was there. Toilets dirty and taps not working. Not a pleasant experience at all, shame could be so much better, especially as Burger King is not cheap, so I expect perfection. Sorry.

I've not been in here for about a year, it sadly hasn't changed, the front entrance door is covered in handprints and grease, all the door handles feel like Covid 19 magnets and the toilet sinks are stained. Worst of all the air conditioning isn't working so you'll get plenty of sweating with your meal, it's like a greenhouse in here. I went in, queued and then decided I couldn't eat there, it was hot and dirty so I got back in my car and went to Mc Donald's instead.

Half the food stone cold. Coke served flat. Forgot the straws for the drinks. Makes you wonder what else isn't being done right if no one even checking if there's gas in the drinks. Would have gone in and got the refund but picked up and didn't realise until already home.

Menu is a few metres away from the intercom so cant read it. Service was FAST in every way, forgot to give us straws and napkins. Looks dirty still despite a refit! Food was dry, bread was stale.

Self checkouts didn't have everything available so we had to cancel the order and go to the till, and then the kids meal didn't come in a box or with a toy. Food was ready very quickly though.

Staff very rude food all cold when complained didn’t even get a sorry just dirty looks off all the staff. Staff was all arguing very poor customer...

I went threw drive threw... They got my order wrong!!! Went to take it back to then have the staff in the back. Moan that I had brought it back......

What can I say bad food cold seats all ripped staff really young look like don’t give a toss I been using this place for years and it’s gone down...

Food was cold when served. We even waited for it to be cooked. Took back and they made another but it was just has poor.
