I set up a mobile order yesterday and inadvertently chose this restaurant that I visited since my work in Jennings) when I wanted to order from one in Lafayette. I tried to cancel the order on the phone app and also tried to submit a ticket via the support system of the app. I have an answer that they are not able to edit the order, but I could pick it up. But it had to be from 1AM as it said on the app. Today I went in to talk to someone and spoke to Rashad Wiltz, and he put things right with me. I told him my situation about what happened, and he got my order that I accidentally bought there. Thank you, Mr Wiltz, for making my day better!
The chicken fries were nothing but a dry shell with no chicken inside, and they were as hard as rocks. To make matters worse, a cockroach flew into our car while we were in the drive-thru, and I nearly had a heart attack—I’m terrified of them! Additionally, their machine is constantly broken when it comes to making chocolate shakes. As for vegetarian options... there are none.
The service I've experienced here is the worst I've ever encountered. They make you repeat your order multiple times, and then they still manage to get it wrong on the screen. I waited 20 minutes despite being the only customer, only to be served the wrong food! To top it off, the food is cold and stale.
This is the only Burger King I'm leaving when I travel through Louisiana. Great food and friendly faces. This is a great stop to rest, eat and stretch your legs.. Great service more than five stars. Thank you Jennings Burger King! I'm back!!!!

Tbh it has also been the fastest Burger King iv, even faster than the Hurer Bar in Orlando, the ever the people that were on 19. June at 6 o'clock worked, they are amazing, but the food was good
