Unfortunately, very poor. Tried using an offer via the app, got told that the store doesn 't accept 'click and collect ' orders despite clearly advertising the app via marketing material on the counter and posters in the restaurant.. Next, for the meal that I was able to order, I asked for no salt on the chips and was met with the response 'we won 't add any extra salt on the chips ' to which I decided to advise that I didn 't want any salt at all and was advised they couldn 't support this request. I went here today with my family it was very quite so our order was taken and prepared very quickly. Service was great and to be honest it the best burger king I've been to in a long time. The restaurant is losing customers because they only accept card payments, even though cash is considered legal tender. I refuse to be told how I can pay for my meal. Incredibly slow. No sense of 'fast food '. Food all over the floor, no-one bothering to clean it up. Took 15 mins just to order.... there were only 2 people in front of me.
