I drove up to the drive-thru to place an order, but after a few minutes of no response, I decided to go around to the window. There was an employee there serving another car drinks, but when the car left, I pulled up and was met with no one at the window. I could see there were at least two employees inside, and since they were supposed to be open until 10 PM, I was surprised to find it was only about 8:15 PM. I honked but still no one came to assist me. I ended up leaving without any service. This experience was disappointing, and I cannot give a good rating.
In-store dining was closed due to being short-staffed, but the drive-thru was open. We placed a larger order for three adults and three kids. A young man asked us to pull up to the exit door, and he would bring the food out to us. About 10 minutes later, he arrived with our order, which was hot and accurate. This is the best spot in town! The manager and her daughter are the friendliest people I've met in Gillette, always welcoming me with a smile. The staff prepares my food fresh every time without any fuss, and the quality is consistently excellent! I wish every restaurant here was like this.
Tried to eat here at 10:10 PM through the drive-thru. There was no response at the speaker despite multiple attempts over five minutes. We moved up to the window, but no one was there. Nobody was present, so we left. Don’t waste your time—the posted hours are inaccurate.

I stop by this restaurant every week before heading to Central Baptist Church for Wednesday night service. The food is great, the staff is friendly, and the uplifting Christian music creates a joyful atmosphere that makes me look forward to my visits.
You've really improved, and it shows! I’d like to retract my negative review from a few months back. The food was fresh and tasty, and the lunchtime service was exceptional!
