Burger King - Reserva de mesa

This place is not around the corner, but it's the only one closest to me. I admit I crave a Burger sometimes so I decided to take the drive to get a Whopper. I went through the drive-thru, placed my order got up to the window greeted the employee and handed her my card. She proceeded to ask me if I had cash! I never carry cash, I only carry my bank card. So I didn't get my Whopper! Here's the best part, this isn't the first time it's happened. The first time it happened I was nearby and just decided to stop. Needless to say, the next time I crave a burger I won't be going there! They lost me as a customer.

The woman at the counter was terribly rude and even though the restaurant was still open for another 2 hours and the line was full, she told me after making me wait in line for 15 minutes that the lobby was closed, then had the audacity to ask for a bribe! Terrible place, the building is damaged including 2 broken doors, the place looks dirty and I can't even speak on how the food is considering I didn't get any.

During my recent work trip to Albany, I was determined to enjoy as many steamed hams as I could. On my first night, I chose Burger King for dinner because I was craving those delicious, grilled burgers (or maybe they just use the same flame at BK?). Whatever the case, their steamed hams were fantastic. Even though it was dinner time, the meal felt like an unforgettable lunch experience.

I can't recall the name of the staff member who took my order, but she was a middle-aged Black woman who was incredibly helpful and respectful. She truly stood out among the staff. However, the restaurant was dirtier than it should be, with broken door handles and a non-functional drink machine. Reserva una mesa ahora

The bathrooms were down, the door was smashed, the drink machine was down. The lady taking our order told my friend to grow some balls and other rude comments about the temperature in the restaurant.Food: 2/5

The woman by the window was very respectful. She made sure I got the best deals and was very patient with me as I figured out what I wanted.

I hate to say it, but their food beats other fast food restaurants. Low prices decent portion size. Good variety as well.Food: 4/5
