When I arrived at the second window, he tossed a bag out at me, and I asked, “What is this?” He rudely replied, “Your order.” I explained that I already had my kids’ meals, and he snapped, “Then why the f*** are you here?” I told him I was missing parts of my order and that it was wrong. He then demanded to see my receipt, to which I replied that I didn’t have one because he hadn’t given it to me after I asked for my card back. I've had five consecutive visits where my order was incorrect. I don't mind small mistakes, but it feels like they either don't know how to get it right or simply don't care. Twice they forgot to add the swirl and ketchup to my burger, and once my original chicken sandwich came without the salad and mayo—literally the only two toppings on it! The last two visits also had only one slice of cheese instead of the two that are supposed to melt on the breakfast sandwich. I know these seem like minor issues, but when you're paying for your meal, you expect it to be correct. I won't be returning to this place and wanted to share my experience to warn others.

It's quite unassuming to stop at a Burger King after a long journey, especially when you need to use the restroom first. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restrooms was lacking. While the food wasn't terrible, it left me uneasy knowing the staff had likely used those same facilities before preparing my meal. We briefly considered ordering cookies, but when a coworker remarked, "Our cookies are always fresh!" while having ordered nothing, it raised a red flag. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for a bite to eat.

I've been a fan of Charbroil Burger King for years, but lately, it has really been disappointing. During my last visit, it wasn't busy, so I don't understand why my fries were overcooked, hard, and dry. The shake/malt machine has always been down or broken whenever I've gone there in the past, so I wonder why they even bother including it on the menu. I ordered my eating at the drive thru, I came to the window and had a great order that asked me to park before the restaurant, no big thing. an older lady came and gave me my food and said loud words under her breath and was very rude and disrespectful. she had the worst. I won't come back, she's got to be fired.

The food was what was to be expected. However the whole store was dirty. Black grease mark right when you walk in the front door. The dinning room floor was sticky. Dirty tables, beverage station, and counter tops. Bathroom was horrible. Cleaning supplies and employees were just sitting around not doing anything

The burger had an excessive amount of mustard, mayo, and ketchup, making it hard to eat. If they added cheese between the burger patties and used smaller amounts of the sauces, they would be the best Burger King location I've ever visited.

Restaurant Dirty. Bathrooms dirty. Poorly run. Food quality below average. Will never visit again. Do yourself a favor and skip this location
