Burger King - Reservar una mesa

I've been a fan of Charbroil Burger King for years, but lately, it has really been disappointing. During my last visit, it wasn't busy, so I don't understand why my fries were overcooked, hard, and dry. The shake/malt machine has always been down or broken whenever I've gone there in the past, so I wonder why they even bother including it on the menu. The freshness just isn't there anymore, and it feels like they're merely coasting along, which is unfortunate.

I ordered my eating at the drive thru, I came to the window and had a great order that asked me to park before the restaurant, no big thing. an older lady came and gave me my food and said loud words under her breath and was very rude and disrespectful. she had the worst. I won't come back, she's got to be fired.

The food was what was to be expected. However the whole store was dirty. Black grease mark right when you walk in the front door. The dinning room floor was sticky. Dirty tables, beverage station, and counter tops. Bathroom was horrible. Cleaning supplies and employees were just sitting around not doing anything

The burger had an excessive amount of mustard, mayo, and ketchup, making it hard to eat. If they added cheese between the burger patties and used smaller amounts of the sauces, they would be the best Burger King location I've ever visited.

they were completely injustice to the hired there, the woman who had been through was also the work of the front register and the forwarding of the food that it was completely unprofessional of this company to put them in this situation

This is the worst Burger King I've visited. I ordered a burger, fries soda. The fries were soggy cold and the soda was flat and hot. It tasted like it had been sitting out all day in 100 degree weather.

I originally wanted to order the impossible whopper meal but was charged just for the sandwich, they accidentally gave me a double bacon cheeseburger but made it right when I went back inside.

That old lady needs to be fired no hospitality I just took my money next door McDonald’s bad Business I like my whoppers but after that experience anything else is better than Burger King

Restaurant Dirty. Bathrooms dirty. Poorly run. Food quality below average. Will never visit again. Do yourself a favor and skip this location

The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. I also appreciated that the floors were not slippery.
