on the 29th august I went on the drive thru and after a 20-minute wait, ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches with cheese, which should be on a 2 for $7 promo, and a diet coke. after the payment I looked at my reception and found that I was charged over $12 only for the sandwiches without factoring the upsale for cheese, which cost an additional $1.58. When I mentioned this to the cashier, she asked, she wanted the refund, and of course I said yes. a minute later, the manager came into the window and asked what was wrong. I explained the situation and he informed me that he could not give me a refund because I had already paid for the meal. I asked what you think you can't give me the refund...

Always a great and pleasant experience. The person who wrote the rodeo chicken review, clearly has an agenda and or does not know how to properly research the menu. Burger King has not carried the 'Rodeo Crispy Chicken in over 2 years. It was made with the Crispy Chicken Filet, and yes had cheese, bacon, mayo, onion rings and bbq sauce on a potato bun. It was not promoted after 2020, but was always available until the Crispy Chicken Filet itself was discontinued in March of 2021 and replaced by the Handbreaded Chicken. There has always been a value menu 'rodeo chicken jr ' as well which is still available (bbq sauce and onion rings, on a chicken jr patty which is on a hamburger bun). So if s...

Place is terrible, management is horrible! towards the end of the night every night the manager lady says that they’re supposedly out of 90% of items on the menu and just so happens to be every night she’s working I only know because I use to go here alot till my food was terrible every time couldn't order anything I want when I went there, that lady always has an attitude every time

This restaurant is known for being consistently slow, especially at the drive-thru. It rarely takes less than 20-30 minutes to get your order, which can be frustrating. However, the food is decent, and it's often fresher and hotter than other places I've tried. Just keep in mind that it's definitely not “fast” food! Reserva una mesa ahora

Absolutely deplorable service at the drive-thru window. I waited behind three vehicles for almost a half an hour and decided to leave without getting my food because I was so frustrated! There must have been ten Vehicles behind me that were just as frustrated.

6/3/22 6pm-ish—ordered a rodeo chicken sandwich which is a breaded chicken filet with bacon and cheese and mayo and bbq sauce and onion rings on a potato bun—this is not it, chicken patty, ketchup, onion rings on a burger bun—waste of time and money

The woman that works mornings is great. I think she’s the only one who is working at times. She does it all with a smile. Thank you for be pleasant. And Burger King breakfast is the best. The coffee is pretty good to in my opinion.

space is a sweat. Zero staff. I still write this literally. it's 45 minutes ago. I'd go, but I'd be stuck between two cars, and there's no emergency exit track to go around. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food is good and served quickly, but the prices are a bit high. For what they charge for a fast meal, customers could easily find a nicer place to eat.

I don't typically eat fast food, but I decided to give the jalapeño cheddar bites a try, and I was pleasantly surprised—they tasted quite good!
