Burger King - Reserva de mesa

I ordered for me and 2 other people, one of those people wanted to change their order so when i got to the window the pay, the woman acted like it was such a hassle. They already made the sandwich. I can 't change it if they already made it. I will have to get a manager if we take it off. She wasn 't being rude but as someone who has worked in fast food, it 's not that hard to change it. Now this wouldn 't have really bothered me but it was the fact that the ONLY thing fresh in my order were the fries. The sandwich she didn 't wanna change was old so they should have thrown the patty out anyway along with the nuggets and other sandwich i ordered. Never coming back to this one.

This is THE WORST Burger King I 've ever been to. I am currently waiting 24 minutes in the parking lot after paying and being asked to pull forward for my order. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I 've also been asked to wait indefinitely at the speaker box only to be yelled at after being on hold for 10 minutes when I said hello? Still holding I was yelled at and told were not taking orders right now we busy you have to wait.

The service is very polite, and I've never had an issue with my order. I usually arrive in under 10 minutes, and they consistently stick to their business hours. Unlike the McDonald's next door, which closes at irregular times, I can always rely on Burger King.

Every time I go to this location, my food is always fresh and hot. Not, sitting under the hot light hot, but fresh off the grill or fryer hot. The wait is a bit longer than I'd prefer, but I'll take it if the food is always fresh and hot. Reserva una mesa ahora

They took our order and and many things on it including sandwiches and drinks. It was overall terrible service and took over 20 minutes to bring us our food.

After waiting for 15 minutes, my meal arrived cold, and my junior burger wasn't prepared correctly. I won't be dining there again: 2/5.

they never have anything. I never had a good experience here. I'm trying to give them all the few months a chance, but never changes.

What can I say... I really LOVE there sausage, egg, and cheese croissants. I've not had any yet that weren't very good. Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff at this location are consistently very kind. I am welcomed with genuine smiles and a relaxed atmosphere.

Poor customer service and the kitchen needs to be renovated! My food wasn't that good either!
