08/15 paid a visit 2 people working understandable but when the manager keeps saying can I help Henry was his name bald patch on his head. So I ask can you take my order. His words ima get its only 2 people yet still taking drive thru orders then Itell him are you ready you took like 4 druve thru orders already His words we are busy do you want to order or no!!! I 'mthe only one in the dining area literally started to whoop this old man 's bleeeeeeep. Only cook on duty understood me andprepared my food immediately even was shaking his head. Thanks to the cook yall get atleast 3. HENRY YOU MY GUY NEED TO BE INTHE BACK AND PROMOTE THE COOK. YOU HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude customer service. The staff was uncooperative and refused to let me place more than one order. They only offered Coke and had no Sprite or other Coca-Cola products. When I tried to order something without caffeine, the employee wouldn't listen to my request. He kept insisting they only had Coke. Additionally, they didn't have onion rings or ice cream available. I tried to order a Whopper Junior and repeatedly asked for a medium size, but he continued to tell me I would get a small. Although I paid for a medium, I ended up with a small and didn't receive a receipt. The employee's name was John.
I just worked a 16 hour shift and went to 3 different places in this town and ecery one of them had only 2 items to chose from or could help me because of what ever other reason. I was at my last stop before I said no with food and stop hear at burgerking. I spoke to the man Lawrence and first question i ask is your menu full and it was. I couldnt of asked for a better personto order food from and it was quick. I'm not a burger King guy ether. But while I'm in Port Allen I will be. Thank you Lawrenceand burger king for keeping yalls stuff together.
I have to say, if you're not ready to take my order, here's some advice: just stop asking and wait. It was incredibly frustrating at the drive-thru when the person on the mic cut me off four times to take someone else's order. Then, when I paused to ensure he was actually ready to take my order, he got snippy with me. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes, but it really irritates me when it seems like you’re not paying attention and then get defensive when I take a moment to check if you’re ready. I was really disappointed with the service! Do you know why I haven't been back in years? Every time I tried to place my order, I was interrupted three times. I ordered a full meal but only received a sandwich. When I went to the pickup window, I still didn't get my drink or fries. I wanted to return to the line, but luckily, Wendy's opened across the street!
I went there to 10/14/2020 and ordered 2 children's meal and 2 dinners. and 1 of the children's meal was missing from the hamburger. when I called, I couldn't get any answer at all, nobody answered the phone. I wanted to call 20 minutes. please check their order before they leave. I should have done that.
The bathrooms are clean, but I've never paid so much for a shake at Burger King. I ordered a large, and instead of informing me that they only have one size, I was charged nearly $4 for an Oreo shake. The cup is small, barely enough to satisfy a child. I'm really disappointed.
