Burger King - Reserva de mesa

We come to this place frequently. We order online and pick it up. No problem. Usually we get good service and good food. Not this time! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! They were out of half the things I ordered, would not compensate me. The wait was horrendous and when I got our of the drive thru line and went inside I (since I had already ordered and paid) I see a bunch of people standing around, walking in slow motion, no sense of urgency at all! They had people waiting in the lobby and 7 cars in the drive thru! Our onion rings had burnt fries and three onion rings in it. The iced tea was empty, the shake machine was not functioning. The manager, barely an adult himself, was a jerk. One of his employees...

I received the wrong order. I tried calling all day, but the phone was constantly busy. After my 10th attempt, it finally started ringing, but they still didn't answer. All I wanted was for my order to be replaced. However, I’m glad this happened because I won’t be going back again.

I ordered specific items but received completely different ones without any sauces. It's pretty disappointing, especially when I'm the only customer. I recommend saving your money and choosing another location.

It's typical fast food, but dining inside is definitely a better option than eating in your car when you're in a hurry.
