I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. It took a long time to place my order, and when we finally received our meals, they were entirely incorrect. They did fix the order without any hassle, but be prepared to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes for your food. The lobby was closed, and the drive-thru line wrapped around the building. As a result, we had to wait in the drive-thru line again to get our order corrected, which added another 15 to 20 minutes to our wait!
The staff at this location were quite rude and disrespectful, demonstrating a poor attitude. At one point, they even shut the drive-thru window on me while I was trying to ask a question.
We had a wonderful experience tonight despite the rain and cold weather. We were hungry, and the staff here were incredibly friendly, serving us a delicious burger.
Walked over this morning at 7:15 a.m. to get breakfast, but both doors were locked. Hours state that the lobby opens at 6 a.m. For that, you get 1 star. Reserva una mesa ahora
Friendly server in drive through, but the absolute worst food I have ever had. Went in the trash...cold, old, discolored and stale bread.
In contrast to many other fast food establishments, this place offers outstanding service and delivers hot food, which is a vital factor.
It would have earned a 5-star rating if I hadn't scratched my bumper guard while parking. Food rating: 3 out of 5.

"Visit during Jackson State orientation and this is the only nice restaurant there. And the food was great. The egg roll and ribs, salmon and the big juicy pork chop was sooooo good. Was happy I stopped before leaving."
