The staff member at the counter was unfriendly and seemed disengaged from the customers, likely because she was on her phone while working the register. The food was lukewarm, and the fries were cold since the fryers were turned off. The lettuce on my sandwich was also soggy. The manager was nowhere to be found. I usually enjoy Burger King products, but this location was disappointing. It would be great if they could replace this place with a Chick-Fil-A or something better.
Cashier took 15 mins to get to the front. I didn’t mind wait. But the attitude I got for trying to order breakfast was rude and disrespectful. Both cashier and the cook seemed to want to be on break. I told her I had no problems waiting 5 mins. But then she kept saying it’s still lunch time so we may not make it but “do you wanna pay anyway?” If you’re not even sure you’re gonna make the food why would I pay for it???
I’m never one to give burger king a 5 star rating, but this deserves it! Dec 18, 2022 12:38 am. The only guy working the kitchen was a true genuine head chef. The way he owned the kitchen and prepared the food in front of me was incredible. I’ve never been served Burger King like a 5 star meal. Flawless from payment all the way to the last bite. This guy belongs in a busy restaurant making good money!
