I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this combined Popeye's and Burger King location. The food was delicious, fresh, and prepared with care. I utilized three coupons for my large order at the Burger King side, and the staff managed everything with ease. Each item was clearly labeled (like bacon, double patty, grilled), and I received plenty of condiments and utensils. Everything I ordered was accounted for, and it all tasted fantastic. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience this time. The manager was amazing and a joy to talk to. The restaurant was spotless, and I was especially impressed when he personally cleaned our table while I was dining with my four kids. I really appreciated that, especially compared to my visits to McDonald's, where the staff often seem unfriendly and slow to help. In contrast, the Burger King team was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The manager was very polite to my children and even gave them crowns, which made them very happy!
Somebody needs to come in and teach them how to manage this place. It shouldn’t be closed down, but honestly, I've been coming here for a year and it always has a bad smell. On top of that, the service is terrible; the staff seem more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. It's really disappointing. It's a Burger King, so you know what to expect from the food, but this location is just not good at all.
The service at this restaurant was noticeably slow. They really need to improve their customer service training and better prepare their staff for the drive-thru. The wait time was unreasonably long. When I finally reached the window, my order had been mistakenly processed as a mobile order, which was quite disappointing.

The restaurant was infested with bugs and flies. Every table was dirty, and it looked like they never clean the lights or any other areas. This was the filthiest Burger King/Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The experience was so unpleasant that I left before finishing my meal. I won’t be returning. Where is the management?
I absolutely love the crispy salad at Burger King; it's exactly the type of salad I enjoy. However, this location is the only one that consistently runs out of croutons and often lacks ranch dressing. What's going on with the management? On a positive note, the servers here are very dedicated and hardworking!
I strongly recommend this restaurant for outings with friends. I visit often and my companions always have great things to say about it. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Every time we eat here, we enjoy a fantastic evening. I truly endorse this place!
The customer service leaves much to be desired. Upon entering, there’s seldom anyone at the register, resulting in frequent waits or the need to ask for help. They definitely need at least two employees on shift—one at the register and another managing the drive-thru.

The breakfast sandwich was tasty and loaded with sausage and cheese. At two for five dollars, the portion size was very generous.
Overall, service is typically quick, but today the card payment took longer than usual.
