The waitress couldn’t find our booking when we arrived, so huffily directed us to a spare table, where we then sat for around 25 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. In the meantime, we could hear several tables around us complaining about the non existent level of service. Perhaps in hindsight we should have left then as indeed another couple did! After placing our orders, it took another 30 mins for our food to arrive, and what a disappointment... overcooked burgers in soggy buns, accompanied by undercooked oven chips covered in plastic cheese. We were the only four guests in the restaurant on a Saturday night at 8 PM. While the service was excellent, the lack of atmosphere due to the emptiness made it less enjoyable, aside from the fun we tried to create ourselves. The food was overpriced for what it offered, and we were disappointed with our meals. The burger was underwhelming, and given the cost, the value was poor. We actually felt a bit sorry for the manager and chef, who seemed embarrassed by the lack of customers. Based on our experience, we won't be returning. Sorry!

The menu indicated that there were gluten-free options available. However, when we visited, instead of serving the burger without the bun, they wrapped it in lettuce. Additionally, they claimed the chips were gluten-free, but they were cooked in the same fryer as the onion rings. The primary reason I chose this restaurant was because my friend has celiac disease, so we specifically needed gluten-free options. It was quite disappointing.

Very tasty burgers and excited they had poutine on the menu. Not quite as good as CANADA but nice effort. Nice friendly service. Really convenient to go before or after a show at theatr Clwyd Reserva una mesa ahora

Lovely food, great service. If I had to make a criticism, it’d be that it’s quite cramped too many tables for the space. Otherwise, a lovely ambience and great decor.

Excellent food and great service. The burgers were juicy and tasty. This was our 2nd visit and we will be returning again soon.

Really enjoyed our meal, lovely burgers. Nice atmosphere, felt relaxed and unhurried.
