I always stay at this hotel when I 'm here in the area. The hotel is great... the breakfast at this place, not so much. First, it always takes the staff like 10 minutes to seat me. I 'm not sure why, it 's never busy in here it 's just... they don 't. Next, I order a coffee and a water, which are all good because... well you can 't really mess that up that bad. This place is definitely one of the best places that I had ever been to! Burger theory resto, the best. they really have the greatest service. Their staff would literally greet you once you come un and they are friendly, kind, polite, decent, well trained, cooperative, professional and patient which is a good thing since I would always ask for their opinion. they would always talk to you properly and assist you if ever you need help with something. I booked a 2-night stay for a medical conference and selected 2 complimentary breakfasts, knowing I would have to cover the cost for my extra guest. However, they presented us with a bill for nearly $60 at breakfast, but assured me that the charges for the two breakfasts would be credited back to my card. When I checked out, they refused to honor that promise. I paid $600 for 2 nights, and honestly, this hotel is not worth it. It's dated and had a strange odor. The manager on the morning of checkout was quite rude; when I told him I would never return, he asked, "What does that mean?" After 40 minutes of frustrating back and forth on the phone, resulting in me missing breakfast with my family, the restaurant manager finally agreed to honor the voucher, which should have happened right away. This unnecessary conflict cast a shadow over what is otherwise a beautiful hotel.
I believe that whether I booked through a third-party site or not, the offer should have been honored, especially since IHG verified that breakfast for two was included. I also intend to share this experience with IHG. I’ve never faced such an issue at any other Holiday Inn I've stayed at with hotels.com. I've purchased vouchers many times and have never been told they couldn't be used.
I have stayed at this location three times, and every time the front desk staff has been so helpful and friendly. I have had difficulty with my business properly reserving my stay, and each time the front desk staff has gone out of their way to help me solve my problems. Shoutout to Morelia and Michael, and sorry for the others names I cannot remember. The facilities, rooms, and amenities are great and every time I’m in the area I guarantee I’ll be staying here.
The reception desk, Paula, was very very helpful upon check-in. The property was spotless as were the rooms we occupied. The king accessible had the BEST roll in shower ever, water drained properly. The restaurant was wonderful for breakfast and the bar in the evenings was enjoyable. Lenore, CJ, and Christian were attentive servers. We have stayed in Naperville most visits to my family but this property was the best by far.

This is a pleasant burger and bar area connected to a hotel, where you can even see the front desk from several of the bar seats. I ordered takeout, and while I waited, there were flat screens playing sports and news, so I didn’t experience any boredom. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the burgers were great.
