I am a frequent customer of this BurgerFi, but felt compelled to share my observations over the last few month. This location gives BurgerFi a bad name for people in this area. I love this food chain and their food is delicious and of superior quality. It 's what keeps me coming back. The staff here is also very friendly. However, the management for this establishment specifically should be ashamed of themselves. From a blind but educated eye, it seems that they 're only interested in making the most profit possible with no regard for service. I come here often with my boyfriend for a quick bite to eat, usually on a week night and when he's craving a good burger. I actually don't like regular burgers, but I am a big fan of veggie burgers which is why BurgerFi works so well for us. I love to order the veggie burger green style so it comes on a lettuce bun which is awesome and such a healthier option when I'm, trying to stick to a diet. Experience: I'd say this was a four star experience with a three start burger. I've driven BurgerFi place many times and finally tried it today! I like that the burgers here are all natural. The bacon was crispy on my bacon Burgerfi burger. The price is closer to a Shake Shack burger than actual fast food. I like that they have healthier options here. People this place no that good at all. Has anyone ever heard of burger joint now that place is good it's just not close. All burgers are flat top grilled. No flame broil what's so ever. Burgers need grill marks they need to be touched by fire. Same goes for there dogs nothing special at ask not steamed not fire grilled just flame grilled and not even no crisp out layer. We both ordered single burgers and even received complimentary fries thanks to the app! The burgers were delicious, and the fries were excellent as well. The staff made sure that everything was satisfactory during our meal. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms, and there was ample parking available. We will definitely be back!
Each chain apparently different. (Reference to portion size). Their bun are much smaller then other chain location. , however there decor and layout is neatly placed, for conveience of t.v. 's., and beverage machines. Staffing very Family-friendly. Ordering was easy, staffing assistance with substitution, we 're awesome.
I was quite disappointed during my visit again. The restaurant was understaffed and not very well maintained, especially for a lunchtime crowd. While the burgers are excellent and the lunch special for $9.97 is a great deal, the sticky floors and broken soda machine really detracted from the overall experience.
There was ample parking available. The restaurant had a spacious, fresh, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely patient, friendly, and kind. They also offered vegan options. The burgers were fantastic, and the fries were among the best we've had, especially for a chain restaurant.
