Deciding to give it another chance, I went back tonight. The cashier was friendly and cheerful when taking our order, and our food arrived quickly. However, we soon realized that my husband’s "CEO Burger" was missing some of the toppings it was supposed to come with. I walked to the front to politely ask if we could get the missing toppings on the side. Unfortunately, the cashier's demeanor changed dramatically. She tried to gaslight me, insisting that the bacon jelly was cooked into the burger meat, which is why I didn’t see it. I had a great experience at Burger Fi and it was all thanks to Kesha, the manager on duty. The music was a little loud for my Grandma and them seeing how uncomfortable she was, they lowered the music for her. The restaurant was spotless. The counter to order, the drink station, the condiment station, the tables and the restrooms were clean. The staff was beyond friendly. The woman taking our order was patient, as we weren't exactly sure if we were going to order one of their new combo meals or order everything separately. We were greeted by the cheerful and friendly Tiffani at the counter. It was our first time here, and we found it to be very enjoyable. Tiffani was incredibly helpful in offering us recommendations. I used to frequent Shake Shack, but I must say BurgerFi is far superior. The burgers, fries, and onion rings are all tastier here. I also had the chance to enjoy a glass of wine, although I hear they might be discontinuing that option—what a shame! Robert Mondavi still delivers great flavor. Thank you, Tiffani and the team!

Tiffani gave my family and I such a wonderful experience for our first time visiting this restaurant. I own a franchise and this is the kind of help I would hire. I noticed how attentive she was to her guests and managed to keep the place spotless while it was busy and full of people. The food is decent but the service she provided is something to brag about! This location is further from my home however I came out with my kids to support the Falcon Sound and I'm so glad I did! Tiffani was amazing! We took quite some time to decide on our order and she was very patient and pleasant! Totally coming back to this location! Thank you Tiffani for your professionalism!

The fries were truly disappointing—burnt and overly greasy. I asked for another serving, but they were the same! On the bright side, the burger was quite good!
