The restaurant excels in putting a creative spin on traditional Austrian dishes, with high-quality food and drinks. The steaks were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The presentation of the dishes was also impressive. The service was attentive and accommodating, with extra requests being fulfilled without hesitation.
A visit to Burkia is always good although I have always been eating the same for many years. But there is simply no better Tyrolean Val Gardena : my friends also like to go with each other and enjoy the good selection of dishes, the great service and the nice environment.
Food and atmosphere were excellent. However, the highlight of the evening was the friendly, very well-launched operation, which always had a little fun. It's nice to see that despite full locality someone has so much fun at his work and takes time for his guests.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food is no longer what it once was...the soup tasteless...the haup dish also nothing special... bored. Previously often in the Burkia but unfortunately this place has broken down more and more....schade Reserva una mesa ahora
Repeats excellent kitchen performance with classics of the österr. Kitchen and enjoyable new interpretations, very dedicated service. Absolutely recommended for connoisseurs. Great wine selection. Worth every euro!

This is an excellent restaurant with excellent service. It may be one of the best restaurants in the greater Innsbruck area. I would definitely return anytime.
