Burrito Factory

Great food. Excellent burritos. The salsa, it is very close to being homemade. And very spicy. It is perfect for any salsa lovers especially Mexican salsa lovers. I am not guilty, to say that I really appreciate the fact that they remained open during the pandemic. Even though this place is open, there is no dining in the restaurant. There is no public restrooms but that's okay. Because the restaurant is Tiny to begin with. I love the fact that they serve the burritos with chips. But they also have other great food. Like the chili relleno. He goes without saying, that wearing a face covering its 100% mandatory while inside the restaurant.. I really appreciate the effort that they take in order to maintain public safety. Especially during these tough times. I work in the area, so I get my lunch here once in awhile. Even though this is the first time I'm taking an effort to review this place. I've always appreciate it that they a really quick in serving the food. The cashier today was a young lady, and she was very friendly. She even took my order over the phone. And I asked how long it would be. She said hi 10 minutes. And I told her perfect. I'm right around the corner and I'll be picking up my burrito. By the time I got there it was already prepared and all I have to do is pay and enjoy my food. Again I really appreciate the efforts that they are taken in order to provide excellent customer service, excellent food, and excellent attention to the requirements during this crazy times we are having during the pandemic era. Thank you once again

This is the first and last time that ever to this point. If I didn't give them any stars. They're charging meat when the food was terrible. The person at the counter looked out and sounded out of engagement, like they didn't want to be there like the empty chairs. There were red flags. Usually you can smell how good the food was, but that was a red flag. Should go to the Rincon taurino, much cheaper and better. They even had a sign that meat was overpriced, but I think it is because nobody seemed to go there and they needed to make the money by being overpriced. There the service is terrible, and if they had a sign not to defeat the workers, and they are happy that someone doesn't eat there if they don't want me to commit and trust my belly.

When we called to tell them that things are missing, they hung us up. We went down to get our money back and they were rude and acting as if it were our fault. The legitimate punk in the cash register threw the money. I never go back to the Burrito factory.

Not what I expected!! It seems that now n days people only sell food to earn money, they do not care about the taste or quality of the meat

burritos consist of ground meat beans and nothing else paid 35 dollars, I feel bad for the business, but come on man
