EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF OUR BEER MUGS, THEY WERE NOT FROZEN OR EVEN COLD, AS YOU WOULD EXPECT IN A SEAFOOD RESTAURANT. THE GRILLED OYSTERS WERE SO TINY I HAD TO SQUINT TO SEE A FEW OF THEM. THE OYSTERS ON THE SEAFOOD PLATTER WERE MUCH BIGGER, HOWEVER SOME WERE OVERCOOKED. OTHER THAN THESE FEW ISSUES, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FANTASTIC. THE FRIED CATFISH WAS AWESOME, AS WERE THE SHRIMP! ALL OF THE DESERTS WERE TO DIE FOR, ESPECIALLY THE CHEESE CAKE! OVERALL, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.
Amazing service here, even at the bar!! Oysters were $10 tonight. The fried catfish on the poboy was light, golden brown, a clean taste not muddied by the oil or breading like some places. Watching the oyster shucker was simply artistic, as his dexterity, speed and history with the oysters was a sight to behold. The bartenders are great, they know their food as well as their drinks. By the way, the bread pudding with the Bourbon sauce is to die for!!! Well done to Busters. We will be back to visit!!!
Busters was indeed an experience. But not a great experience! I had the oysters, grilled, and they were dry and rubbery, with cheese , butall without much taste. The Food was generally too spicy overall mediocre.. Service was good.
My first time in downtown Covington. Overall, the restaurant met my expectations. The staff was friendly, the food was good, the prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were fair. Probably back.

Cool mood and location. We quickly picked up appetizers. We'll come back to dinner on Sunday! Update! We ate so much. Try the Potato Salad Cheese YUM!
we picked up by phone. They had it fast. We had the seafood plate and the bisque. Both were great! I'll order from there again.
in any case I would go back if I were in the opposite. great oysters, friendly staff, good service.
