Before coming to the restaurant, I called ahead and had a conversation with one of the owners. He gave me recommendations on the dishes I could try, mentioned any possible substitutions, and advised on items to avoid. The waitstaff seemed to have a good teamwork and I had a wonderful dining experience with delicious food.
