Yesterday, I visited this so called “establishment”. I was coming from the gym and was looking forward to some ice cream. My friend and I purchased our ice cream which came out to about $30+ . When receiving it, I asked about the waffle cone, a woman stated it was grinded into the ice cream, so I asked for an addition waffle cone, she told me it’ll be extra and I stated that it was fine and I don’t care about the price, I’ll pay it.. I guess that got her upset, she proceeded to give me a nasty attitude and looks. LOVE this place! The first time I heard about this place, I thought ice cream with booze, ick! BUT, it is VERY good!! They have some awesome flavors and will work with you on creating something....Last Oktoberfest, they had a stand with German chocolate (not on store menu).... I had one and bought another for home...the one from home went bad after a while of sitting in freezer! But they were able to make something similar! I really recommend the Death by Chocolate and Dreamsicle specialties!
Great concept and good ice cream, but the people working here could take a course or two in customer service. For the first time, a pleasant smile, to welcome it and then instruct how to place an order on the kiosk would be helpful (or a big sign in the entrance with instructions). They literally stand behind a glass and do their thing to prepare the orders while people aimlessly try to find out how to order. Not cool
I don't know what went wrong with the machine, but I ordered milkshake and got ice. The ice cream itself was incredibly cold and delicious. But I didn't like to have to wait 15 minutes for my order, with only three people present, including me. Good taste, but wrong order. I will give this place 4 because everything comes to taste.

they make all their ice cream to order, and they have a vegan basis. the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about which supplements were vegan, and the ice itself was great. the only thing that's going on is that they (not-vegan) offer impact cream at the end, but they ask to fall so easily safe when they do.
I placed an order online and when I went there it was closed I tried to call them and now answer yesterday and today they stole my money. I'll like to have a refund, but they don't answer. I went to this place for 45 minutes. Don't get me wrong, the ice is delicious, but I'm very disappointed with this experience.

Came by the location on my birthday at 8:15 PM when they close at 9:00 PM, to try a milkshake. The doors were locked, with no sign on the door and no one would come to the door even with people sitting inside. Definitely not worth the time to try to come here if they can't even operate on normal business hours.

Closed a half hour early on the inside. Super pregnant wife and 3 year old need to find a place to sit outside. Wouldn't have come if we had known.
They're never open. I passed this place several times in normal business hours and they seem to be closed. I heard the same from several others.
