Yesterday, I went to this place that calls itself an "establishment." I had just come from the gym and was craving some ice cream. My friend and I bought our ice cream, which ended up costing over $30. When I asked about getting a waffle cone with my ice cream, the woman working there said it was already mixed in. I asked for an additional waffle cone, and she said it would cost extra. I told her that was fine and that I didn't mind paying extra. However, this seemed to upset her, and she gave me a rude attitude and looks. She claimed that she cared because it was her store and didn't want me to take the extra cone, as she assumed I was going to steal it. I felt discriminated against and wan...
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order only for them to process it and take money from my account, then they notified me that the order was ready and they were waiting for a delivery driver. To my surprise, the driver called and said the cashier claimed they never received the order and asked me to confirm the processing charge and whether the order was cancelled. I informed the driver that it showed as charged on my bank statement and that I could see both him and the restaurant now. The cashier then stated that if it didn't come across her tablet, then I hadn't actually placed the order and there was nothing they could do. I will never attempt to order from this restaurant...
I don't know what went wrong with the machine but I ordered milkshake and got ice cream. The ice cream itself was incredibly cold and tasty. But I didn't like that I had to wait 15 mins for my order with only three people present including me. Good taste, but wrong order. I will give this place 4 because it all comes down to taste.
