We have lived in France for a year and our burgers at By Vita were by far the best we have had in France!! The staff was great. I have a serious, potentially deadly, allergy to shellfish which presents quite a challenge eating out by the Sea. The wait staff was very helpful; took my concerns seriously and even double checked with the kitchen to confirm that there was no cross contamination. I cannot tell you how refreshing and reassuring that was. We had eaten at By Vita earlier in the week and loved our pizzas. We chose to return because of the fresh ingredients and great service. We will surely return next time we visit Collioure!
By Vita is a real heart attack! Room manager like servers are smiling, charming, attentive to what we can spend a pleasant time. What about the kitchen? Wow! Obviously, it's Top! From aperitif to dessert. The quality of the dishes, the precision of the cooking, the alchemy of the flavors is made with subtlety and brio! The plates are copiers, the wines of the region highlighted, and the prices are correct. We enjoyed it so much that we went there two nights in a row this week. A must-see address. We go back to La Rochelle with a nice souvenir
Excellent family meals! There are high chairs, it's essential with young children. Overall, the service is fast and the on-site team is dynamic, pleasant and smiling. When the dish came, I thought I'd travel for a moment. It was beautiful! Very great professionalism and passion of the chef, having taken the time to dress this plate with class and care. Especially since the restaurant was full! Besides, it was delicious. The fried burger was excellent too! I recommend this restaurant.
