my favorite is the veggie plate that has two grape leaves, falafel and fatayer as well as tabouli salat, hummus and pita. I can't eat it all at a session, which means I have a restoration for a weekday meal. my man and loves her baklava, but I'm not sure if that's vegan. this restaurant is very suitable for vegans. they have a beautiful weinlist that contains some Lebanese wee, but I did not check if the wee are vegan. they make a good business in the takeover, especially during the pandemic. this restaurant is very popular – almost always busy, especially at weekends, so reservations are recommended when they eat. call early on the day when they order the takeout on a Saturday.

This restaurant in Fredericton is a hidden gem that I can't believe I didn't know about sooner. I highly recommend trying the shawarma bowl, or anything on the menu really. The food is incredibly fresh, delicious, and expertly prepared. The portions are generous, especially the tzatziki and garlic sauce. Trust me, you won't want to go anywhere else for Greek food after dining here.

My wife and I went to Byblos yesterday and were extremely disappointed. We ordered the mixed plate with chicken tawook and lamb kafta. It's definitely worth going to experience. The food is very fresh and authentic well seasoned and garnished. Everything was so good. Nothing that they served me was bad and that's quite rare. It is on the pricy side of things but it's worth every penny. I would try the Knafeh dessert.

Byblos is my favourite restaurant in Fredericton, and it is a great option for delicious take out! We have ordered plenty of different items off the menu and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend the chicken shawarma plate with fattoush salad!

fantastic! we had the Byblos Sharing Plate for two. the hummus is one of the best I ever had and the grape leaves were goat. everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly, friendly and helpful. homemade and heavenly!

This restaurant offers a perfect lunch or dinner experience! The food is excellent and not heavy on the stomach. The flavors are amazing, especially the grape leaves which are a must-try.

Very delicious and ingredients are fresh. Heavy on the lemon in dressing though.
