The Picaroons Roundhouse

We were impressed by the food, which was delicious and plentiful. However, the setup for food and drinks was a bit misleading for newcomers. We expected to have servers, but it felt more like a food truck experience. We had to place our order and pay at a window, then wait with a buzzer until our food was ready, which we had to go pick up ourselves. Additionally, drinks were ordered on a different side from the food. The drink options were limited to soda, beer, and wine, with no spirits available.

My walk to Picaroons was perfect, as I was able to use the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge. I am so glad I was mistaken because I had a chance to order Vegetarian Chili. And for my drink the Red River North Cider hit the spot and was refreshing! My Chili was outof this world. The place is pretty cool with toddlers and dogs, who are welcomed. Even the staff is super friendly, where theyeven called a cab for me! This is a place worth a visit, you will not be disappointed!

As everyone knows, this is the perfect excuse to make the trip across the river! The walk is delightful, the views are fantastic, and upon arriving, you find yourself in a beautiful space. Picaroons is the grand master of breweries, serving as inspiration for many others in the brewing industry, and us beer enthusiasts are truly thankful! The staff is outstanding, and the atmosphere is really cool. We refer many of our clients your way!

I love this place and visit it frequently. The beer selection is great, the atmosphere is nice, and they're dog friendly. My only complaint is that today I was absorbed in a good book, had just put my drink down, and an overeager server scooped it up (I was almost, but not done with it). I've never had this happen before, but having my pint snatched away didn't make me want to stay and order another one. I wish they would ask, first. Reserva una mesa ahora

I met a friend at this restaurant after biking over on the trail. I ordered some food, but then I was informed that bikes aren't allowed near the picnic tables. Since I didn't have a lock, I had to leave and ended up taking my super dry wings to go. It would have been helpful to see clear signs indicating that bikes weren't allowed; I wasn't expecting this kind of issue from a place situated right by the trail.

Parking: There is ample parking available, including a city parking lot right next door, both of which have accessible spaces for those with disabilities. Wheelchair Accessibility: As someone with mobility issues, I found this place to be well-equipped to accommodate everyone. It has easy entry and seating options suitable for both wheelchair users and those who may use a cane.

Great brewing company and pub. The grounds are the best we have seen of any of the brewers in Fredericton we have visited so far. Great service, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good menu too, with a lot of variety. The outdoor patio in the backis to be seen. Like a gem oasis on the lawn.

A couple of suggestions to consider: 1. If possible, please add vegan cheese. 2. It would be great to have a separate fryer for fries that doesn't come into contact with meat products. Self-service for beer and food from separate counters is a bit disappointing, but the food is tasty, the beers are quite good, and the patio is fantastic. With table service, this place could truly be amazing.
