A very nice ski area, we went tobogganing from Germany on February 10th and February 11th, everything was great on February 10th, then we decided and went again on February 11th, everything was fine, we have 1/2 day tickets for tobogganing Bought and rented 3 toboggans for 4 adults and a child. Unfortunately, after an hour, around 1 p.m., something broke on the cable car and we could no longer go up to the toboggan run. very expensive! eating in laax and flims is too expensive. they calculate for normal food literally usury prices. the pists are stepwise excellent and they can easily cross the entire surface. we were in the rocket resort. great accommodation and close to the elevator. the elevators are modern and well equipped. what they might expect from the trips. during our stay we have experienced all weather conditions. we had days imperial weather, perfect for lunch outside. we also experienced horror days with strong winds with strong snow showers and dense fog. the temperature was 2 to 5 degrees celsius on a sunny day. on a cloudy day -10 to -20 degrees celsius. The pricing policy is a disgrace. The lift tickets are auctioned off, in the last few days they have been worth over €100 per day. Even with multi-day tickets it is completely opaque. The fourth day can be more expensive with a multi-day ticket than if you buy a day ticket. As long as this pricing policy exists, you should boycott the Flims ski area. I'm never going there again. I want to be fair: the ski area is beautiful and the waiting times are usually short. Only the prices are outrageous.

My dad got injured right after we took the first lift, didn’t even go down a single slope. Asked for a reimbursement, and they refused. We literally paid 230 francs for my mum and dad to just go up and back down on the gondola. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Went there for ski. If the weather is good it is really nice. The slopes are usually in good condition, with few exceptions. The only downside is the high price of the daily ski pass, compared with other areals. But the services are rather good.

Fantastic ski area! Many possibilities. Great freeride options and certainly a great place for freestylers and co. But EXTREMELY overpriced daily prices!
