Cabot's - Reserva de mesa

I've come here for years and it has never disappointed. Cabot's is a perfect spot for breakfast, brunch, or just a quick grab of some ice cream. There are multiple options for sitting, such as countertop, booth, or table. Most of the tables are small and best for parties of 3-5 people, but they can push tables together if they are available for bigger parties. For breakfast, I typically get the waffles or the steak eggs. The steak is cooked to perfection, and the eggs are cooked to your liking. I have never had an issue with my food at this place, and the sides are also very good. The ice cream is very good and unique, and the toppings compliment the ice cream well. They changed so much on the menu recently! Every sandwich comes with coleslaw (I liked having it not come with a side at all! , the one egg breakfast is off the menu, potato salad is no longer on the menu, the breakfast sandwiches all come with a side, the mac and cheese recipe changed... I've been coming for 20 years and ordering the same things. Why mess with what people like?? Now everything is more expensive I don't always want a side dish and now I need to pay for what I don't want. Bring back the old menu!

Diner with a good vibe. Food is nothing special but done as expected with no frills. Kids chicken fingers were pretty good. Not great value for the money as there's better food in the area at this price point though the breakfasts seem ok if basic. Ice cream is decent. Vegetarian options: There are a fair number of veggie options. Kid-friendliness: They had a booster though the place gets fairly packed and noisy which can be a distraction for toddlers if you need to stay on a schedule.

The place itself looks incredible. Service is great they get through people very fast. I got a small vanilla cup with sprinkles and m&ms. Very good quality. It didn’t melt at all while I was eating it. Nor did it taste too crunchy bc of the toppings. They added perfect amount of ice cream. I really want to sit down and eat here. Place is always packed. I don’t give it 5 stars bc I love soft serve more than anything but this is def my fav ice cream place in Boston Reserva una mesa ahora

One of the best Ice cream shops I've ever visited in US. The restroom plan might be a little bit better for such a big Shop. Parking: Everything was beautiful. I recommend it to those who are in this area and love ice cream. Kid-friendliness: We saw many children leaving school and coming to eat ice cream on their own. There was also a child who came with his mother or family.

Lots of ice cream for the price, and the bar/diner style layout lets you see them make it. We had front row seats (stools really) and loved every second! The food looked really good as well, so we will have to go back and try that.

Great place. 1890's style atmosphere. Friendly, typically crowded but usually can get seated. Food prices are a bit high but it's a treat.
