Times are pretty tough these days, so we have to be cognizant of where we choose. We had an outstanding experience on a long weekend Sunday at the Jasper location.Rory helped us out with a positive attitude and immediately started our night off right, and we ended up having a wonderful stay during the darker spell of daylight savings.The manager on shift stopped by to ensure we were taken care of and we were very pleased at the extra effort and care from the whole team. The best compliment I can give Cactus is that it is consistent in everything it does. From the friendly greeters by the door to the food and everything in between, they always get it right. Food is always good and, as mentioned, consistent. I know if I like something, it'll be as good as the last time. Great atmosphere, whether with kids or in an older age group. They never fail to disappoint.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs available.
I have been to this Cactus Club location many times and the service and food is consistently very good. I was there again this evening with a group and I would like to give a big shout out to one of the managers. His name is Jimmy and he was so personable and just a very nice guy. People like him make a huge difference!!
Family went to dinner- we were told we had to leave our table in 90 minutes because they were booked solid. They took fifteen minutes to come to our table and only came after a family member complained. I was visiting from the USA. Worst treatment I have ever received or observed in a restaurant. Would never go back.

Haven't been to a cactus club in a long time. But with the experience of amazing food and service. Will be coming back more! Our server Alyxx was phenomenal she was super interactive with all her tables! Absolutely knowledgeable of the menu for choices of great dishes 12/10 for service from her!
I'm never disappointed when I'm at Cactus Club. Especially this location. The hosts are all friendly, amazing servers. Clean environment. The food is delicious.Vegetarian options: Paid parking or street free parking if you can find one
Alberta beef that is butchered figuratively by the horrendous kitchen staff. No manager apologies just taken off my bill. Fine I didn't eat anything as by the time it was dealt with my wife's meal was done. Shame on the Jasper location
Definitely recommend this place, the server was amazing I had a problem with my burger bun he changed it and removed it from my bill, amazing atmosphere and amazing service!!

The Med bowl was good as always. We were on the restaurant side, by the kitchen and there is no atmosphere there.
