I used to work at Children's Hospital, so I used to eat here quite frequently. It's been years since my last visit, but I decided to pick up my favorite: the chicken nacho salad. I also ordered an enchilada dinner, and both dishes were excellent. The salad was just as delicious as I remembered. However, it would have been even better if I hadn't had to endure a 35-minute drive home before I could enjoy it. I believe the salad dressing is homemade, as is the roasted salsa, which is also very tasty!
I arrived early for lunch and was impressed by the extravagant decor. The interior is surprisingly spacious, much larger than it seems from the outside. The menu is quite eclectic, which is a refreshing change compared to other Mexican restaurants. I can imagine this place being very lively on Friday and Saturday nights.
The more expensive Spinach Salmon Salad was quite small compared to the Nacho Salad with chicken. While both were delicious, I was disappointed with the significant difference in portion size, especially given the prices we paid for dinner salads.

My daughter and her friend enjoyed the noodle dishes they ordered, but I found the chicken sandwich and fish tacos to be quite bland. I'm also not a fan of the burnt salsa.

The steak was a bit tough and cooked a little too rare for my taste. The salad is best enjoyed when dining in the restaurant.
The queso blanco and roasted tomato salsa were absolutely delicious and perfectly satisfying! I loved the chips too!
