The place was extremely dirty and dusty, with the stoves in need of serious cleaning. There were pieces of chicken on the floor, which was quite unappetizing. Gabriela, who was taking orders, was very rude and didn’t smile at all. All the staff members had dirty and wrinkled aprons, which further diminished my appetite. The restaurant clearly needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. Although there was a sign stating that masks were required for dining starting August 3, one of the male employees was not wearing a mask. I have no doubt that if the health department were to inspect this establishment, it would be shut down.
The food was outstanding, and the portion sizes were very generous. However, I did think that the price of their tortillas when bought in bulk was a bit high. We placed a catering order ahead of time and were really impressed with the variety of options offered, including vegetarian dishes, chicken, and carnitas. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process.
The experience was quite average. The flavors lacked authenticity, and everything felt bland, resembling typical American cuisine. Additionally, the burritos were somewhat pricey, especially considering their contents—primarily rice, beans, salsa, and a little meat. I find it puzzling that so many people rave about this place.
This restaurant is an excellent choice for traditional Mexican cuisine. The prices are reasonable, and there isn't a long wait for food. The atmosphere is well-lit and family-friendly, and they also offer gluten-free options. The only drawback is the parking, which can be challenging due to the restaurant's location.

This is the best taco I have ever had in my entire life. I ordered the crispy chicken tacos and they were amazing. The combination of fried cheese, tortilla, and all the aromas and sauces made it fantastic!
The food is good, but the super burritos are actually the same size as the regular ones. If you're looking to leave feeling satisfied, you might want to think about ordering an extra dish.

Cactus is our favorite spot for takeout Mexican food! While everyone has their own personal favorites, I can honestly say that everything on the menu is fantastic!
