The steak tacos are so good here. Crunchy and filled with a lot of romaine lettuce. Just nd to eat it carefully because your food will begin to fall out from the other end of the other side of the taco. I've noticed the prices have risen, but it is still very reasonable. There is usually a line to order your food. After ordering, go toward the pick up area to get complimentary salsa and water and utensils. The place is constantly being bussed by a designated person. Lots of families eat here. I would definitely go here in the future.
Food is decent but way over priced and everyone that works there seems to be bothered whenever you have to ask for things. The tacos are good enough but $50 for 2 soft tacos with shrimp that looks like it came out of a can, a generic salad with chicken avocado and a bowl of lentil soup is pretty ridiculous. There's far far better Mexican food to be had at a fraction of the price. Would not recommend.
I can't get enough of this place. It's a taqueria where no matter what you order you seem to feel great after eating it. The vegetables enchiladas are so so good ask for cabbage salsa if the salsa bar isn't open when you go (they closed it due to covid). And if it's open, get a million little cups of cabbage salsa/salad, because it's the best thing on this earth
My family probably eats Cactus at least once per week. It's one of the few places everyone can agree on. I like the enchiladas with green sauce. Everyone likes the crispy tacos. Sometimes a fish burrito is nice. Good rice, good beans, good chips. Always solid.

Great place for a quick dinner with simple, delicious Mexican food. And the horchata was excellent. It was a little hard to hear the orders being called out. Highly recommend. Excellent value.
A consistent winner. For some of the best crispy tacos around the cactus it has. They also do great other batch dishes such as Burritos etc. Beautiful people, great staff and delicious food.
The BEST hard tacos in the Bay Area. OMG, I almost can?t order anything else. The shell is always so good and homemade. The fillings are flavorful. Mmmmm! My photos don?t do them justice.

Crispy tacos are the way to go. I would say the shrimp is superior to the other protein options.
I've been coming to cactus for 30 years. It's a Rock ridge burrito mainstay.
