I met my friend and her autistic son here last week. My friend ordered a hot chocolate which was tepid and her son ordered a milk shake. My friend specifically stated that there was to be no ice cream in the milk shake, just milk and the flavouring. When it came to the table, my friends son started to drink, only to discover that half way down was a blob of ice cream. This sparked off a fit of bad temper from my friend's son and said he would never want to visit this cafe again. I ordered the big breakfast and a cup of tea. I requested an additional egg (3 in total), no hash brown, and asked for something extra in place of it. I also asked for an extra tea bag in the teapot. The server confirmed my requests. When my food arrived, I inquired about what was given in place of the hash brown. I was told that nothing was substituted; they simply removed the hash brown. I mentioned that I had requested something extra, and when it arrived, it was a cut-up tomato. I was disappointed with the service and felt that The Coffee Club will be receiving my business in the future. The total bill came to $31.00.
This Cafe has great food and service with a smile. It is made easy for people with disabilities to order their meals and find suitable seating, especially for a wheelchair. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility is great. But you have to park outside, as there is no lift in the shopping centre from the undercover carpark, only escalators.. Came here for breakfast with the family,There were 5 of us and we ended up spending $99. The meals were nice but compared to other places I did find it somewhat expensive.
all employees are very nice and polite. the meals are all very well done and the caffe itself has a welcoming atmosphere.
Bit pricey but no different then most coffee shops The service is quick with friendly staff And the food tast great.
A very busy spot with great all day breakfasts. Great service too, despite the pressure the staff are under.
