Cafe Amore St Catharines

Waitress was prompt, funny and attentive. Prices for mixed drinks quite high, 4 individual cocktails was 60.00. My wife's steak dinner was 45.00. Steak was thin and she said it had a funny taste, I tried it and I was surprised she even ate half. It had a burnt taste like the grill had not been cleaned and the char taste went through the steak. We are not complainers as this is one of my favorite restaurants to go to, but we will never order steak there again. Also, this place needs to really be dusted. Our entertainment was all 4 of us seeing how many cob webs we could find. Overall I still rate it a 4 star

We went to Cafe Amore to celebrate a birthday. From the moment our waitress, Dershawna came to our table it felt like she was family. We had some fun banter back and forth. She made recommendations that were spot on (Carrot, Pear Curry Soup was outstanding. All of our drinks, appetizers and entrees were delivered in a timely fashion and they were hot and absolutely delicious. As always, the serving portions were more than generous and all but one of us took home enough leftovers for another meal. I can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back.

The gentleman that served us was excellent. We ordered the roasted garlic and goat cheese appi which was unbelievably good. My wife ordered the spicy chicken Caesar salad which was also excellent. I ordered a create your own pizza, which was very tasty but unfortunately it was a little under cooked. Not enough of a problem to bother mentioning because the pizza was good. Overall it was an excellent meal with a great waiter.

The goat cheese appetizer was disappointing as the garlic was dried out and could not spread it on the toast. I have had it before and it has been excellent. Hopefully it was an off night. All other plates were delicious as usual. The wings were fantastic and pasta and pizza orders cannot be matched. Reserva una mesa ahora

Best food and service I've had in any Italian Restaurant in the St. Catharines Niagara area. Consistently delicious food and very friendly service. The atmosphere is perfect for both large party's and for just couples. Beautiful restaurant in every way, highly recommended!

You can never go wrong eating at Cafe Amore. We had a chicken wing appetizer... they were Excellent... our entrees were Veal Parmesan, Steak with Gorgonzola cheese and a make your own topping Pizza.... the Pizza came just as I liked it!!! You Gotta Eat Here!!!!!

The Hawaiian pizza was not cooked through. The arugula prosciutto salad delicious! The red velvet cake delivered to table eat too late. The restaurant a little to cold. Needed the furnace put higher. ...so not a great experience this time.

Our service was great. Food came very quickly, maybe a bit too fast. Was not near finished appetizer. Salads are very bland. Sliced steak had alot of fat on it. Alfredo was a small portion but flavourful. Reserva una mesa ahora

Good amount and quality of food. Comfortable seating but a little too close to the busy entrance hallway so a bit noisy. Appreciated the Happy Anniversary messaging on the dessert we ordered.

Good meal. Good value. Good portions. Flavour was very good. The service was amazing. Our waitress was truly one of kind. And she is also a Daschaud lover. Couldn't be any better!!
