Le midi, pour un menu à 12 euros, vous vous régalez de la fameuse garbure + la spécialité de Jean-Pé : les truitelles (petites truites frites) + un jambon de pays avec sa piperade (basque) maison + un fromage de brebis de la laiterie de LICQ (on peut acheter une tome sur place si l'on veut) + un gâteau (basque...) + le vin et le café...Bref, vous êtes prêt pour une petite sieste digestive avant une petite ballade le long du gave qui long le village....N'hésitez pas à faire une halte. Vous ne le regret...

A small country restaurant like we love them without chichi. After a very warm welcome we ate very well. The meal is copyy and especially take the truitella supplement because they are excellent. We will return with great pleasure

Cuisine from the generous terroir combined to a family service and very pleasant. I strongly recommend stopping in this restaurant where it makes good living.
