Ein zauberhaftes, gemütliches Mini-Café mit vielleicht vier, fünf kleinen Tischen, einer offenen Backstube mit einem leibhaftigen jungen engagierten Bäcker/Konditor, eine überschaubare, qualitativ höchstwertige Kuchen- und Tortenauswahl, die ebenfalls eine Frau vom Fach verkauft und die - wenn man's denn will - sachkundig beraten kann. Ein nettes junges Ehepaar also, und eine prächtige kleine Tochter, die mit ihren vielleicht zwei Jahren schon mal bei den Eltern abguckt, wie man handwerklich sauber arbeitet und sehr freundlich verkauft.Ich bin zufällig auf einem Spaziergang ins Café Calvis geraten.
