We went for dinner and had a main each a white fish with legumes and a steak with chips. Both mains were OK not great. Presentation of the food was very basic. My husband ordered medium rare steak but it was done medium. Food...came very quickly. Surprised how busy the restaurant was for average quality food may be because its owned by the same chef that had the Michelin star restaurant? We did not book but the turn over was so quick and didn't have to wait for long to get a table inside as it’s cold sitting outside not to mention smokers. Service was fine. Felt sorry for staff as they were on their feet for the whole evening
We were recommended Cafe de la Fontaine by some others staying at our accommodation. Sadly it really didn’t live up to the other reviews. The fish was flavourless, it came with two prawns, undercooked almost raw potatoe and a stale slice of baguette with lashings...of butter slapped on top. Really at that price?! My husbands steak was wafer thin and tough. The wine was ok but overall a very underwhelming meal. Shame
When me and my husband come to Monaco we always had a couple off dinners here. It used to be really a memorable place. One of the best in cote d'azur. Well. Not anymore. We had dinner twice and it was poor. Nothing you wouldn't...do better yourself at home with very low skills. This is really a shame as I was always looking forward to eat here
The food is always wonderful and very reasonably priced. The wine is excellent too! The owner, Marion knows her wine....she’s a real pro. The food is amazing. It can be busy and noisy but VERY worth putting up with that slight inconvenience, The staff are...wonderful, friendly and helpful

Knowing the restaurant, I thought the café would be much better. I will return to the restaurant, never to the café, very crowded tables, expeditious waiter, good but ordinary cuisine
A nice restaurant, on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list. There is an open kitchen, you can see the chef. The food is enjoyable, the menu is limited but the food is truly delicious.

Very good typical french reaturant. Great food and good service! Definitely worth a visit and I intend to go back
