When we arrived, the tables had not been cleaned, and the waiters seemed quite stressed. After a while, a waiter came to take our order, and we asked if they had ice cream and chocolate fondant. We are a party of six looking for a quick lunch in St Trop. Once we had eventually attracted the attention of one of the staff , the food came quickly. The omelettes were great and the club sandwich reasonable, but the burger was tough and sandwiched in a bun that had seen service in a motorway cafe somewhere and was never sold - either that or it was at least a week old. Either way the bun was verging on inedible which made the burger dish the least enjoyable of the day. This is one of my favorite go to restaurants in St. Tropez. We have been here at bothChristmas time (2014) and in June (2015 and 2016). The service is great. Ambiance is fun. Wait staff speaks English. If raw oysters are on the menu, they are fantastic. We have ordered the artichoke and it's delicious as well as the soupe de poisson. Daube de boeuf and the burger are delicious as well as the legume farcis. The desserts are not spectacular but the Grand Marnier crepe place is.
We stopped at this café for lunch firstly because of the location, a beautiful outdoor sunny restaurant on the Place des Lis at the end of October it was so enjoyable, the food was excellent we choose Ribeye steak which was at least 400g beautifully grilled with ready made chips and a pasta carbonara accompanied with a carafe of rose wine the homemade apple tart was delicious. The service was efficient despite extremely busy, we will for sure go back over the weekend.

Finally a really good place with no pretention ! really warm and Professional welcome, excellent service, waiters at disposal for all, good food : THE place to go in Saint Tropez ;) Large Inside and outside teracce under the platane tree, "old fashioned" chic decoration, the bar is so nice ! Enjoy that really good place for a good price in the heart of the very well known "place des Lices"
We toured the market and wanted something quick to eat. It would been more appealing to the eye if our breakfast came nicely arranged, mini baguette and brioche along with butter and two jams were simply thrown into a small basket. Service staff was not enough for the amount of tables. Told the waiter twice that we wanted to pay and still waited about 15 minutes.
9 Euro’s for two cups of coffee! Felt utterly ripped off when you can get the same for half the price away from Saint Tropez
