Perfect kitchen! The trout tartar is a wonder! Restaurant renowned for the trouts of our lake. Very correct price in view of quality in our plates! Service by charming and smiling young ladies. An exceptional view of the lake. We forget the cantonal road just below. Small terrace upstairs so don't forget to book! Take a little wool in case. Park squares along the lake road. Nice village of St Saphorin to visit in height.
Despite the proximity of the road the terrace is very pleasant the very friendly service The Perch nets are expensive but excellent the small white butter sauce a pleasure
