Cafe Guglhupf - Reserva de mesa

Decided to come here instead of hotel breakfast. It's right down from the train station. Just came in for pastries and coffee. Coffee was coffee, but the pastries were delicious. Got a couple cupcakes and a slice of something. They were moist, not too sweet....Did not look through the menu, but I'm guessing the same quality would be found with what was offered. Place is decorated in mix-match tables and chairs and had a cozy feel to it. They do not accept credit or debit card. They only take the EC bank cards and cash. There is a Sparkasse ATM by the train station, which is just a minute down the road. If I had more time in Koblenz I would have come back to try menu items.

So good! The lemon blueberry cake had the best fluffy whipped cream frosting that was a bit of a mess by the time I got to it on my train ride, but was a fantastic dairy equivalent. I can't wait to come back to Koblenz some day to try more cakes and their breakfasts. The tofu scramble looked very tasty. Everything I saw coming out of the kitchen was nicely played and looked very inviting. On a warm summer morning, the out door tables will be a great place to spend the day. Super close to the train stations as well. What a great time to be vegan around there! Also has a Thai restaurant next door that I was told had great vegan food fwiw.

It was like a scene from a movie. There were little tables with delicate little flowers, the wind blowing through the cafe and the food was quite yummy. I am from America and don't speak German but the lady at the counter went out of...her way to explain everything the best she could to me. I had a great cappuccino and their small buffet breakfast. I enjoyed every part of being there.

we skipped the comfort of the breakfast in the hotel for this place and it was absolutely worth it. we were pleasantly surprised by the creative combinations that were used to make the spreads and their diversity. the fact that it was a perfect sunny day and we had to sit outside was the icing on the cake. we came to the cake and it was delicious! we had a chocolate cake and a white carrot cake and came back to breakfast buffet the next day. beautiful personal and owner and surprising taste combinations that they would find nowhere. we'll be safe here if we visit koblenz again.

my wife and I went to the breakfast here from the old town. we were glad we did. the coffee was excellent, eating delicious (especially the homemade jam), and the service as friendly as it gets. we want to come back to taste the cake and. again for more breakfast!

Nice location, very relaxing, with good quality food, very tasty. I was lucky to find this place on Valentines day. I will be coming hear more often and share this location with friends. Tremendous, very cosy, a hidden treasure.

Cake Café with many cakes but only a few and very simple but very expensive vegan options. only cash!

Went here for breakfast. Many breakfast menus to chose from. Service is good and a cost atmosphere..
