I recently visited Café Hagen in Seattle and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The highlight of my visit was definitely the bakery. The pastries were out of this world flaky, buttery croissants, decadent chocolate cakes, and mouth watering cinnamon rolls. Everything was baked to perfection and tasted absolutely heavenly. But the coffee was equally impressive. Café Hagen is a roastery, and you can taste the difference in their coffee. It was rich, bold, and perfectly brewed. They have an extensive selection of coffee...

I stopped by since I was passing through the area, and I’m so glad I did! I had some kind of butterfly spring blossom iced latte, but I think I should’ve mixed it since the espresso sat on top. Otherwise it tasted floral and sweet, as expected.I loved the open air from the garage door, mixed indoor/outdoor seating with tables and counter space, and the big coffee plant inside. The baristas were friendly and cute ?WiFi: 30mbps down AND upIf you’re bringing a laptop, come fully charged, seating with outlets is limited.

I stumbled upon this charming little cafe during my late lunch break and was delighted to find that they were still open after 2 PM on a Sunday. The barista was extremely friendly, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Although they had run out of drip coffee, they generously offered me a pour-over at the same price, which was a nice surprise. I didn’t order any food, but everything on display looked fantastic.

The coffee is average, nothing you cant find in any other shop. Reason for low rating is that I found they literally have flies sitting on their pastries other food items. When I pointed that out, one of the staff acknowledged that they are aware and cant do much about it. Didn’t feel like eating there but ended up ordering coffee since I was at the register. The churro cruffin is amazing. Their seasonal drinks are also very good. My winter fave was the brown sugar rosemary latte, for summer its the lavender butterfly pea latte. Everything is delicious, however the drinks do come out very lukewarm, so i always ask for it extra hot. Its also rather expensive, so this is a treat for once in a blue moon.

One of the memorable coffee shop, had spent good time with my loved ones here. The staff is amazing with couple of quick bites cake options. They continuously release new bakery products, so they make their fan repeatedly. One of the best recent discovery is Rose Latte, which is awesome!

This is a super cute and laid-back place. I spent a few hours here to get some work done and tried their lavender pea flower latte and a vanilla latte—both were delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful, with a stylish design and friendly baristas. I definitely recommend stopping by!

I stopped by for a quick breakfast and enjoyed the coffee, which was excellent. However, I found the pastries a bit too dry for my taste. The total came to around $17 for two pastries and one cappuccino. The atmosphere inside was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. Reserva una mesa ahora

First time here! I ordered avocado toast with a fried egg and bacon. If fried egg was not an option, I should’ve been told that. I got a soft boiled egg, and very burnt bacon. I also ordered a mint tea. The lid leaked the whole walk home. Disappointed.
