Cafe-landhaus Eickler

Lovely family run hotel. Perfect location for a few days hill walking. Food is traditional southern German style Rooms are clean, worth booking a valley side room with balcony. No room service, but this is reflected in the price. Overall, good value for money We used to drive, last time we took the train which worked well. Lovely any time of the year, but for walking I would recommend Easter or October. One last thing if you are unfamiliar with Germany, they have a rest day which is Tuesday. Basically apart from breakfast and a very limited dinner the resturant is closed. Don't worry though you can book a table at the Tanne Hotel down the road on that night.

We had from 8.6.2022- 11.6 2022 a room booked we felt super comfortable! The view from our balcony was fantastically beautiful all the staff are especially warm it really lacks nothing! The time there was much too short we come back!! Thanks again for the beautiful days at the Landgasthof Eickler!! Family. We spent very nice holidays there. All employees were very friendly and accommodating. The food is fully recommended and was very good. The breakfast buffet offers everything you need. Furthermore, the cakes and the coffee are definitely recommended. The terrace is beautiful and you have a wonderful view of the surroundings. Whoever seeks peace is right here. A very nice country house with friendly staff, very good food and very nice rooms. Invite to stay on the Terasse at a cafe and a Black Forest. Even for lunch there is no problem. A good starting punk for hiking is given. It is really highly recommended. We look forward to the next time. Reserva una mesa ahora

We ate here twice and felt comfortable all around. The beautiful views of the valley and the nature park are worth a visit. Good-bourgeois food with regional specialties as well. Service is family friendly, as you wish.
