Beat restaurant I ever been to. What a professional, kind, sweet waiter ! What an amazing service and more importantly what an amazing tasting food !!! Omg the drinks and food was heaven. I had to finish my yummy pasta and coffee there !! Portion size was large and yum ! Atmosphere top notch. Super clean and super kind staff. Really an amazing time I had there. Restrooms were clean. Everything was perfect and I can’t believe the prices were actually so low for all the food I got. Generally these type of restaurants charge 60$ a dish, but here my plate of pasta was 18$ to 22 ish. Such a heaven restaurant. They had a picture of my favorite person ever on the wall too…anyways God bless this bus...
The service at this restaurant is terrible. You have to constantly give the waitstaff a "death stare" in order to get served. They never come to check on you on their own, purposefully avoiding eye contact. You always have to remind them to bring bread, drinks, etc. It seems like they are more focused on fulfilling delivery orders than serving the in-person customers. It's frustrating to know that the owner is aware of the issue but chooses to ignore it. I'm sure the waiters receive good tips, which makes the poor service even more disappointing.
The food was incredibly fresh; haven't had cod so fresh since I was a child. The price may feel a little steep but the portions are incredibly generous I've never felt slighted by the deals. The ice cream is ridiculously delicious I found the service to be kind. I've never eaten there in person but hope that this restaurant is a staple of the neighborhood for years to come. I'm not Isreali or Jewish found this food to be such a celebration privilege for me to experience Israeli food. Thankyou.
Horrible service, came here on 1/15/22 and had to ask our waiter maybe 4 times for water! She finally brought it after we were done with our meal. We asked her about 7 times for bread and she never even brought it. We asked for our sushi to be brought out first as our appetizer and she doesn’t listen to anything we say! She brought it LAST but the water really upset me. She has some nerve bringing it after we’re done with our meal. Very upsetting and I used to come here a lot.

My daughter goes to the gymnastics across the street from this place . My husband and I decided to stop for a coffee . We never heard of this place .Omg the food is fresh and their coffees to die for . I have to say the services is very slow they need more people but is not because they are not attentive you the customer is because this place get packed . I give them a five start because even though the services is slow the people who work there have a great attitude .
The layout of this place is a little weird— its one big rectangle and tables are placed *very* close to one another. On a weeknight, it felt like being in a school cafeteria- I could hear the people’s conversations beside me loud and clear. Maybe increasing the volume of the music or spacing the tables in a different way (further apart) would make the experience more pleasant as my friend and I could not listen to one another.
I recently hosted my daughter's birthday party at Muscat and it was absolutely incredible. The staff were beyond amazing, accommodating all of the demands of a group of 12-year-old girls without missing a beat - from adjusting the music and lights to making sure everything was just perfect. Noer, the lady who organized my party, was simply amazing and so sweet and helpful. The food was also fantastic.
Love it. Service is great, the food is delicious and the desserts are just amazing, everything looks beautiful, clean and neat. I really enjoy my experience there thank you
