great experience in caffe nero. I didn't catch the name of the brista, but he was very kind and laughed with us when we asked what I can get for her, totally failed! it was so long since I had ordered a coffee, it took me old to make my order!

best tasting coffee all coffee chains beautiful, helpful staff go to the cafe nero as they open always relaxing, pleasant to stop for coffee fast snack or cake also so that I now buy the coffee pods (nspresso machine adaptable) taste great!

Love Neros. Never feel rushed. Make a nice cup of tea and staff are always cheerful. Only downside is the change to the menu. Can't get a BLT sandwich anymore. I loved them. Its all changed to fancy paninis now!
